WebMay 19, 2024 · I’m not sure if I notice a decrease in puffiness or dark circles but my eyes do feel more open immediately after use. The formulation is very liquid-y and spreads very easily. I tend to avoid using this on my eyelid though because I usually have eyelash extensions on and I don’t want any serum getting onto the lashline.
