Web9 mrt. 2013 · It's definitely strange to have the dial tone but can't make or receive calls. Is the issue still happening? For testing purpose, you can plug in the phone directly into the port labelled 1/2 at the back of the modem. Keep us posted so that we can suggest the next step in resolving the issue. Web6 apr. 2024 · If pressing the call answer button doesn't answer the call, then it may mean that the signalling is not getting back to the Call Manager (perhaps it is a Wi-Fi issue, esp if the phone can receive the UDP stream, but its Tx power is not strong enough to talk back to a distant AP). Or perhaps the phone has a bug - but that is less likely.
