In order to be eligible for the MI Choice Waiver, an individual must be a Michigan resident at least 65 years old (or 18-64 and disabled), qualify for a nursing home level of care, and require two services provided by this waiver on a monthly basis. (See benefits and services below). WebThe current monthly income limits for Medicaid in Michigan is 185 percent of the federal poverty level for pregnant women and families with newborns up to age one.
