WebApr 12, 2024 · In the present work, we benefit from the properties of semitransparent indium metal substrates to improve the optoelectronic performance of MgSe films as promising layers employable in terahertz technology as terahertz filters. For this purpose, we selected semitransparent thin layers of indium as substrates to grow MgSe thin films. WebInfrared-terahertz detectors has also begun to change gradually from the traditional form of single detection, passive detection and separate detection to the direction of multi-dimensional detection, autonomous detection and intelligent chip integration.
