WebYeah, Wilhelmshaven is really ugly and hopeless. The sad thing is that the city could be really nice and interesting with very diverse districts, surrounded by the beautiful Wangerland. But the city planners have made many bad decisions, e.g. destroying tourist sites and nature preserves to replace them with harbors that no one uses.
